Japanese people always eat sushi

Okay, I can imagine a lot of you go "Nooooo! I know that's just a stereotype". But let me tell you, a lot of people I've met outside Japan had a real wrong idea. Personally, my family would only have it once or twice a month, but some people even think every two days! Let me get some stats.

According to a research done by a company called MyVoice in Japan, it seems like more than 50 % of people eat sushi once to three times a month

(The figures taken from MyVoice)

Okay, so it seems like I'm an average. But there are some people who'd have it more than once a week, and SOME DO NOT EAT AT ALL!

I guess the figure comes from the fact that, in Japan, sushi tends to be associated with the food that people have in some kind of special occasions. Also, nigiri sushi is not a home food (at least for the majority of people), so it's a meal that we'd have to go to the restaurant to have.

But yeah, I'm thinking about writing an article that looks at some of the bizarre stereotype of Japan that's just not true, keep looking out!

Also, if you have any question about Japan like "is it true that people do this" or "why do they do that" please don't hesitate asking me either by commenting on the articles or sending a direct message by Twitter
